"The owners were very nice. The suite was very comfortable. A small continental breakfast was included and there were other amenities available. The location was fantastic. Only 15 minutes max from Hobbiton, which was the main reason we stayed in the area. View was beautiful."

"We chose this location as part of our 6 day road trip from Welling to Auckland and prior to our visit to the Hobbiton Movie Set. No staff were on site when we arrived however we were given clear instructions about our unit location and how to access. This motel certainly met our needs for an overnight stay."

"Room was separated from shower room and toilet room (assigned to the bedroom, so no sharing required) and you had to access shower and toilet from the common hallway. All rooms were clean as was the common kitchen and sitting room area. The owners were quite nice as were the other guests. Parking was free. We liked the place as it was very quiet during the night. A place to recommend and revisit if back in the area."
