"The hotel structure is modern and nicely looking. Everything that's beyond it it's a non-funny joke. As we arrived they missed our expedia reservation because, supposedly, it had been book too long ago (on Expedia looked pretty confirmed though). It took close to an hour to get our room as they were asking for more and more reservation details (on top of reservation number, date, payment method any many more) to go through. When booking online you are paying almost twice the price real price due to big difference in official currency exchange rate and the market rate. Room service/ cleaning should be improved as they are not always to the hotel general quality. Breakfast is not bad but need more supervision to check coffee machines and dishes."
