"Breakfast cold eggs and proteins —-not kept at temp 3 of my 5 day stay. manager wanted to argue about temp rather than fix problem. would not temp food (show me thermometer) Another guest said he complained about cold food day before to no avail. Upon arrival the hotel claimed to never receive the funds from Expedia and forced us to pay them directly at a higher rate than Expedia. Went back and forth with the staff and Expedia support. The staff when checked out was completely ignoring me was too busy on his phone to pay attention to me standing there to ask a question and check out.
