The water was never hot in the morning for our showers but, in the afternoon and evening it was. The room was kept at a very cool and comfortable temperature. I would recommend this hotel again."

"The one star rating for communication is for the reservation foul up which was not the fault of the Ala Moana staff, they were amazing! Unfortunately, not booking through the hotel directly caused so much unneeded stress. I paid a lot of money before arriving and once at the hotel they had no reservation for me so I had to pay for another room through the hotel directly. I was fortunate the hotel wasn't fully booked.
