While our check in person was very friendly and helpful, a subsequent person was frankly rude. Better training in hospitality would be helpful. Would still highly recommend this hotel!"

"Really close to town by the side of the river. Tea and coffee provided and recommendations for places to have breakfast. Free access to the Aqua Centre a few mins away along with free train and bus transport and cable car up to the Plose."

With the hotter weather while there are floor to ceiling windows/doors for ventilation, a nice addition might include fans that allow for airflow when the doors/windows are closed at certain times of day.
