"I didn’t like the fact that when I got to the property, I was in line waiting to check in. There Was somebody ahead of me wanting to change their room because there was an issue with the room they had. the staff gave them a room that I was supposed to be checked in. When the staff got to me, she said if I knew you was waiting to check in the room I would’ve never gave her your room. I had booked a king size bed a suite She changed me from that into a small room with a king size bedso I really didn’t appreciate that."
