Basic longer stay hotel. My room was clean with some of the furnishings a bit worn. Staff were friendly and helpful. Right off the freeway convenient. Must have a vehicle for anything (restaurant, snacks, shopping, etc.). Used the laundry. Clean and machines are maintained. Nothing fancy, met my needs. I’d stay again.

No hot water while we were there - front desk agent stated that they were working on it. Surprised and sad they never got it fixed. No coffee cups anywhere in the morning for complementary coffee. No hair dryer in the room. The barebones concept and price were great until the expected basics were left lacking. Front desk couldn’t have been nicer at check in, props to them! Very clean hotel.

Too many added charges

Too many extra charges I was disappointed about the extra charge for additional devices and the one device wifi was very poor. The charge weekly for towels was ridiculous. Hotel was clean and adequate but I wont go back

The front desk lady was really nice and the area was clean, however one of our beds had a very thin decorative cover and no real blanket, the halls smelled strongly of marijuana smoke although it wasn’t in our room luckily. We put that we had three people and still only got two towels and wash cloths and no hand towels. My brother was staying there as well and had no towels, no shower curtain. And the trash cans were full and we had to empty them from the previous people. The front desk closes at a certain time so there was no real way to remedy this. In addition to all that- I was charged an additional $85 for the room that I had already paid for. This was not for incidentals which I clarified when she charged it. I told her I already paid for the room through hotels.com and she assured me it didn’t charge until she put it through on the computer- this was false and I now have both charges on my card. There were children running back and forth all night and no curtains just blinds so the room was bright all night. I spent $100+ on this room and there’s no complimentary breakfast either, it just seems like a lot for such little amenities.

Left the hotel for an event and when we returned, we found someone else in our room and our belongings had been removed from the room by hotel staff. We eventually got our room back but to have hotel staff touching our personal belongings and our room given away is unfathomable. What had started as a great weekend trip, ended up being a horrible experience.

The parking lot was filthy. There was food debris and a vomit smell in the elevator. I entered the room and found it was dirty to include feces stains in the toilet. There is no agent on site, just a kiosk. Avoid!

Hotel was just ok. The room had just blinds on window with no curtains on slat was broken down the blinds allowed parking lot light in all night. Highway noise was noticeable from room at back of property. The guy at the desk had to reset the key machine twice to get one key programmed.

Make sure when you book a hotel and you could stay there. Not when you get there just to tell you that your room has been canceled for being over booked. Had to go to another hotel and pay double for the room. So would not be looking for this hotel again I would stay at another hotel where can booked a room
