It is a nice newer hotel. Decent free breakfast. Could use better pillows. All the staff was friendly and helpful, one person in patucular...Jordan Holt went out of her way to help me out.

The hotel seems to be pretty new and is in a quiet area with other hotels around about 25 min drive from the airport. Big room with 2 queen beds, nice bathroom. Check-in was quick and we were greeted by the nicest woman. Would stay here again.

Check in was super easy the room was very clean and huge! Close to nearby restaurants downtown Roanoke super cute area! We went to eat babes and just walked around. The front desk super nice people and the property is very well kept. Will definitely stay here again!

This hotel is wonderful when i came in they greet you so kindly and inside has a pool table a loudge for people that wanna do work and a gym and the front desk is really nice. When i went to my room it was clean and wonderful.

Helpful and polite staff, and close to the Texas Motor Speedway which is why we picked this area. The whole hotel felt very fresh and new. The bed was comfortable and the A/C worked well. No complaints, good experience.

Our flight was cancelled due to storm in SoCal. Hotel was located in a great area easily accessible. Property was extremely clean and parking was easy. Easy check in. Room was clean with large very comfortable bed and large screen tv. Shower had good pressure. Breakfast had a good variety of items. Coffee was exceptional. Friendly staff. We loved the 12:00 check out. I would highly recommend this property. Met the GM at check out. Really nice staff.

Rude Staff ! The room provided had its blinds broken in such a way, it looked like a somebody had a fight in it. We contact the front desk to inform about it. They instructed us to come down. A lady at the front desk who declined to provide her name. Informed us they will provide us another room, but no key. They will have to escort us to the room. Which it was ok. But, for the next day breakfast if we come out of the room we could not go back to the room. Paid rooms are from 3pm - 12pm When I asked why, she failed to provide a reasonable clear explanation other than we arrive late to the hotel and making apologies about the people who broke the blinds. And to talk to the manager in the morning. When I asked her name she refused and threat us to call the police. This person had clearly a bad day and was not polite, the way you expect to arrive to a Hilton hotel.

Don’t pass up this hotel!
Reception at front desk was quick, informative, and welcoming. Lobby is amazing with a pool table and cozy reading nooks. Flavored ice water, coffee and tea available. The rooms are clean and modern. Nice shower and amenities. The breakfast may be one of the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The property is safe and well lit. Many restaurants and gas stations within walking distance or a 5 min drive. Will definitely stay here again as I’m always passing through for business.

We needed a one night stay for a graduation. This hotel was everything we needed and it exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was available from 6a-9a, but they also had a snack bar with items that were free (cookies, coffee, hot cocoa, etc.) or for purchase (snacks, medicine, refreshments, alcohol, etc.). The room was super cozy. The TV in the room greeted us by name. All the amenities were great. The hotel was also just across the street from some fast food spots, a shopping center, and even a Buc-ee's. There were also 1-2 restaurants, but we didn't get to explore that. The only thing that wasn't great was we couldn't find any parking in the lot when we returned to the hotel for the night, but this was due to a large number of guests staying at the hotel for a wedding party. Other than that, everything and everyone was amazing and friendly.

The hotel is great. The parking on the other hand. We work and pull trailers. Never had an issue before. Front kept saying parking is for guest. I kind of thought I was a guest since I did pay for the night. They had one location for trailers, which it is longer so maybe one but we had 3. Had to make other arrangements to drop trailers at a different location. Not sure what people would do if they didn’t have that option. Probably will not stay here again because of that. No trailer no work no work can’t afford to stay anyway.

The check in process was ridiculous. We were provided constant excuses that they are still getting uses to a new system. It was clear that the manager came up and saw the front desk associate having trouble- she fixed one screen and then helped the next guest check in while our associate needed to start over with the check in process for 3 rooms. 1 of the rooms we thought we checked into the Hilton app was still dirty at 2pm so there was the added confusion was still dirty with the scarce parking lot from Friday night ( from our family member's view who checked in the night before). The room is too small for all the furniture- we had to keep moving the desk chair to get to the other side of the bed. I don't see that we would choose this hotel site again.
