This property had a very high rating in reviews and probably should be even more than indicated. Staff very kind going extra mile. Service was second to none. Cleanliness way above par. My only criticism is my arrival was later in night, and the place has a lounge attached to front desk area and music was so loud, I could not hear front desk clerk. But, I could not hear music from room. Wifi was strong with no problems. More TV channels than I have seen in a hotel. Highly recommended.

Freeway noise is an issue. Not a lot anyone can do about it. Hotel room itself and everything else was perfectly fine. Would recommend, with a warning about the freeway noise.

We found stains on the bed sheets and hairs on the bed. 😬 other than that no issues? Hard to recommend after that though.

No microwave, strange and rude employees. Went out to take trash to the dumpster and I see a questionable lookin guy behind the building smoking who knows what he approached me and told me to get lost. I guess he claimed to be some sort of "maintenance" so I returned to my room for dinner . Then the front desk lady comes knocking at the door asking to search the room, apparently someone stole their parking lot lights and I was the prime suspect instead of the 4 car loads of tweakers skittzing outside all night . Disappointed that she didn't see her lights she left after telling us we weren't welcome there after that night. Rude and ridiculous "staff" other than that ehh the place was decent

We are saddened by the false negative reviews that some guests leave. We value honest and truthful feedback about our facility and services. Our goal is to offer the best services to all our guests and ensure security around our premises. We investigate any suspicious activities. Our hotel has safety rules and regulations that all guests must follow. Our staff are puzzled by why they go to the other side of the building at night to throw away the trash. When the manager checked on this guest in the room, we found out they had a cat with litter and supplies. We adore cats, but our hotel cannot accommodate animals. We were generous enough to let them stay overnight, even though they violated our rules. Their review does not match the reality of what happened. They were caught, and we empathize with their feelings.

There was old toilet and trash all along the back side of the building. Second floor aisleways were very uneven and had to walk through puddles of water to get to room.

The check-in process was about the only good thing about our experience, unfortunately. There was no hot water either day we were there, but we were told it was fixed after the first day. It wasn't. The TV didn't work, but that was not a big deal as we weren't there to watch TV. No one answered the phone at the desk (or it would just be busy, likely just off the hook) several times we tried to call. So we went to the office, and the employees were hanging out in the bar instead of answering the phone. Would not recommend. I do not like leaving negative reviews, but in this case, it is warranted.

Nice rooms and close to entertainment
It was super to get to and very close to sports stadiums and Six Flags.The rooms were clean and newly remodeled. If I'm ever in the area again, I would stay here.

The hotel was fantastic to stay at. The best part is the free shuttle to the cowboy game. The beds were super comfortable too. I would definitely stay here again.

Never Again
It wasn’t a horrible experience, but definitely not the best. The woman at the front desk was very unfriendly and had an attitude, there’s nowhere to sit for breakfast let alone a very small table with a few things on it. So if you don’t make it breakfast as soon as they open, sucks for you basically. The room was not the cleanest as well. The entire sink would move from the wall, the furniture was very old, scratched up and dirty and the bed was not the comfiest. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

Loved this place
Everyone is super nice! They shuttled us to At&T for state football playoff game and we took Lyft back. So covenant to have a way there and paying parking and walking a mile. Very clean and bed was so comfortable. We had a drink in the bar afterwards. This is an economic way to travel with many amenities including a pool. Wish there were more places like this! Save some $$ GO!!
