Since I would be there 5 nights, I asked for a quiet room. They put me on the first floor, two doors down from the ice machine, and right beside the pool. The walls are terribly thin and you can hear EVERYTHING that goes on in the next rooms. One night there were two rooms across from me with their doors open having a loud party on a weeknight. At 11:00pm, I called the front desk, they did nothing. At midnight, I went up to the front desk, they called the room but said the people didn’t speak English and didn’t do anything else. Finally at 1:00am, I went over to the rooms and firmly told them to turn off their music, close their doors, and be quiet! Somehow, they managed to understand that in English. Also, when I picked up the phone to call the front desk, the receiver was stuck down. I had to forcefully pull it up and it was covered in a clear sticky viscous matter. Use your imagination to figure out what it probably was. It was absolutely gross! In the morning, I told the clerk and they assured me it would be cleaned. I got back to the room that afternoon and it had not been cleaned. I took pictures and shared with the different front desk clerk the following morning and she was grossed out by it, too. Upon checkout, I also left the receiver sitting off the hook with the sticky side up so housekeeping would be forced to clean it. That is so disgusting. I wonder what else wasn’t cleaned. I will NEVER go back there again.

The room was ok, just didn’t seem as nice as the photos. There was a very bad smell in the hallway and room, mold in the tub, broken towel bar, no hotel security lock on the door, and no breakfast the following morning as advertised. Only bonus was friendly staff. It just did not seem worth the price we paid. If it hadn’t been so late when we checked in, we probably would have booked another hotel. Disappointed…

The hotel looks decent from the lobby. Once I got to my room, there were dirt smeared by the door and the wall baseboard. It smelled musty too. We were there for the weekend. Even though the walls and doors were filthy, the bed was comfortable and smellled clean. Breakfast was decent, staff are always there to help if you ask.

This is a barebones hotel. The breakfast was terrible. They didn’t even have salt and pepper and only power creamer. It worked for exactly what I needed it for, a cheap bed for the night. Staff were friendly but didn’t go out of their way to help. If you are looking for a bed to sleep in on your visit without the flair, then this is the hotel for you.

Bed sheets were not clean. Bathroom sink was dirty. Toilet sit was broken. Too much noise. Walls are super thing. It was dusty. Ladies in the front desk super attentive. But I wouldn’t recommend for families with young children. Room beside us well I don’t think anything good was going there because of the smell and type of noises.

First room I was assigned had visible roaches all over the place, they switched to a second room that looked clean. Went to sleep and woke at 1am with bedbugs biting me and all over the bed. Left the room and slept in my truck rest of the night. Manager refused to refund the reservation.

On our way to TX for son’s wedding in late Dec.
Front desk person was friendly and courteous. Check-in and out were efficient. Rooms are clean, spacious, nice amenities. Breakfast choices are plentiful with selections of fresh fruit, warm entrees, cereals and bread items. Perhaps the fitness room was being updated. Disappointed it wasn’t available to use. Close to freeway.

bed comfy but too high up off the floor. How is somebody in wheel chair Supposed to get in that bed? Not all handicap people are in wheelchairs so Why is there not some kind of comfortable chair in the room? why do you even have a bathtub in a handicap room? It should just be a low step-in shower?

Prior to check-in, I waited at the front desk for approx. 10 minutes before I was helped. There was no one servicing the front desk. When I received the keys to my room I could see that the property looked a little unclean. My room was spacious but my first 30-minutes in there I noticed a cockroach, a long strand of hair in my bathroom towels, shower had signs of rust and mold, stained carpet, and toilet seat was broke. Later that evening I requested a new room and the staff quickly helped me: the new room did smell of cigarettes and I noticed hair on my bed sheets and hand print stains on the bed frame. Cleaner than the first room. Would not book here again.

Friendly great staff, booked king bed, was given double queen, whatever was tired. Hallway carpets and walls stained, doors stained, bedroom was actually clean. Bathroom however had stains on multiple walls that could be easily wiped up, toliet hardly flushed, had to hold down handle, ac extremely loud and turned on and off all night, i was stuck at the end of the hall and I think the staff was using the room across the hall as a hangout, at all outs of the night the stairwell door was slaming, door to their room slamming, loud voices all night. Couldn't sleep at all. Price was the only reason i stayed, but I will not return, in the morning I tried their complimentary breakfast, they had a decent selection, but their sausage was slimy and undercooked, they had orange juice that was orange colored water with some flavoring. Their parking lot is also not lowered car friendly, which sucks being right across the street from the track, which was the appeal of this location...

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and that’s kind of what we were looking for on this short trip. It was obviously an old building, carpet was worn and outdated and there wasn’t really any decor in the room. Lighting was poor. Would recommend better lights around the bathroom for applying make up and doing hair.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. At the front desk they did let us know they were short on staff. We had the reservation from Nov. 2 to Nov. 6. We arrived passed midnight on Nov. 3, very tired and had to wake up that moning at 6am. When we entered the room everything looked fine. We unpacked and when I was about to use the toilet, the toilet seat was up, with poop all over it. I had to clean it with my hand sanitazier. The toilet seat was also on poor condition, with peeling surface. This has been by far the most disgusting situation I have been in hotel experience. Since It was so late, we were tired and in rush to get to bed. I decided ti clean it myself and not wait for a short-staff hotel to fix the dirty situation. Our check in took a long time and I didn't want to go through it again, and we were already unpacked. It is unexcusable, we had a reservation that should have been with a clean bathroom at 3pm, and got such horrible situation next day at 1am. Next day I noticed hairs on my pillow that were definately not mine (I'm red hair). I went to buy clorox wipes and I'm sure we left the room (did check out on Nov 5 before 9pm) cleaner than when we arrived!

The carpeted room made it nice and quiet, and more comfy. Carpet in my room was clean, too, not stained and dirty. Bathroom lighting is indirect and nice, not harsh. A/C unit worked great. Bed was very comfortable. I brought my own blanket since some hotel comforters are pretty thin, but probably didn't really need it as the bed had a good comforter and plenty of pillows (for my preferences, at least). Would definitely stay here again if I need a room in this area.

Quality Nightmare
My stay started with a nightmare. First, I pre paid for my stay, as I always do, and was surprised when I ended up getting makred as a no show while I was there due to my flight coming in after midnight (my fault for booking a late night flight?). Next, my check in then resulted in not being able to put down my deposit due to some credit card issue on their side, so luckily I had $100 in cash to cover it. I then tried to figure out when the manager would be present so that I could resolve the issue at a later date and was unsuccessful for four days. I was told different times that they would be there 10am to 7pm then 7am to 4pm, but I was never able to meet with them. Lastly, my second night there I returned to my room with an open door. I was concerned for multiple reasons, but nothing was missing at least so I simply reported it to them. I can definitely say that I will never stay at this particular Quality inn again.

Old hotel thats comfortable but needs a makeover
Comfortable night with a few issues. Customer service was more on her phone before helping. The hotel has a weird smell in the rooms. The rooms have a few dirty spots mostly from age but could use a make over.
