"We enjoyed our stay at Casa Loma. The property is dated and could use an overhaul and our room felt like it could use a good cleaning, but it was a very affordable for a beachfront property. "Upon arrival staff was helpful. Arriving in room back tv not working and air conditioner not working in back bedroom. Heated pool and hot tub closed. 2nd afternoon tv was replaced. Checkout time on last day elevator not working and we were on 5th floor"

One of the top bunk beds was very stained and looked like it had just been flipped over, so whoever sleeping on the bottom could just see a huge stain. It also doesn’t mention on the website that if you are under 21 they will make you pay 100 dollar deposit in case you don’t leave the room in good shape, which is kind of crazy given the fact it was...

"First thing i noticed is the lobby was locked to guests at 4:30 pm. Had to ring a bell for service. Person at window was pleasant. No name tag so i could not give her kudos. On departure only was still locked at 8:30 am. New person at window. I asked if the lobby was ever unlocked. He said no. Reservation was for a standard King non smoking room.
