Staff was good. Amenities were poor. Pictures don’t match in person. Rooms were small, barely any room in bathroom. No tub, no shower door, water everywhere. A/C kept turning on/off, hot cold, no way to keep on al time. Family left sick with colds. Overall not a good experience.

We have been coming here 2-3 times a year for last 7 years! We love the place, however, apparently under new management and per daytime manager they have received several complaints about the same security guard we had an issue with.. hopefully he ends up gone before we decide to return!

The hotel staff did not want to accommodate needs nor change anything. No late check outs, no receipt, try to call to get one hung up on 3 times. The attitudes were leave me alone. I’ve been at this resort many times and this was by far the worst front desk experience I’ve experienced. I hope this gets better or I will not be back

Property rooms need an overdue remodel. The paint is chipped off everywhere. Walk to the beach is about 3/4th of a mile; way too far from front rooms. Loud pool music is played nonstop so that you hear it in your rooms. You have to step up into your room; my husband fell. There is also a huge step down from the shower, and only half of a shower door. WAY overpriced for what it is.
