"Our family has stayed many times in the past at this hotel when it was a Best Western. Was disappointed in the bagel breakfast. We chose this hotel because in the past it used to have hot items for breakfast. Check in staff was great. They always treated us coming and going each day. Our room must have had a dog in it before. Floors and couch was covered in pet hair. Had to lint roll the couch and our luggage to get all the pet hair off. Shower water pressure was good, shower drained well....
