"Was a wonderful location.... the only thing I would change is walking through the restaurant from the beach. other that than, we have a wonderful vacation"

"Absolutely loved Millisa. Every question she had a very polite answer for. My only issue is really the towels. The cleaners never put enough towels in the room for 3 of us. I had to consistently go to the front for towels."

"We stayed 6 nights, we asked to clean room they did not. Then stopped at front desk ant 4th night and asked again to clean room then said we are cleaning after 3rd night. So they cleaned 5th day of our stay. First time saw that terrible cleaning service. Every day towels were replaced but toilet paper and soap was not replaced. We went down and asked toilet paper. Unprofessional."

"We had an excellent one night stay. Casini, the GM has done a wonderful job with this property and staff. The wonderful lady overseeing the front desk was cheerful and helpful upon check-in. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. My daughters loved swimming in the pool and the automatic pancake maker At breakfast. "I hate to give a negative review, but the Management was really terrible. We had paid for a late checkout because we were celebrating a special occasion with family who flew in from out of town. We even paid to guarantee the late checkout so we could have time with them. We received a confirmation number and confirmed with their staff the week of. We typically don’t take a bottom floor and said this time so we could get checked in to an available room. 10 minutes in the room we started seeing ants.
