"We stayed two nights, the day between, housekeeping didn't touch the room. Room had a SINGLE trashcan that the three of us (me, and two other people) filled over the course of a day and a half. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, bed sheets had weird stains on them and were not completely dry when put on the bed, when we arrived at about 1030pm and climbed in bed, you could tell the sheets were still semi wet, which wasn't the end of the world because we were exhausted after...

"I absolutely love how friendly the staff are. And the rooms are so nice with kitchenettes in every room! The breakfast is good and has amazing coffee. The only complaint I have is that the breakfast ends at 9AM and as a traveler, Id like to be able to sleep in a bit before breakfast. Theyre the only hotel ive been to that doesnt keep breakfast open until 11 which would be much better. Otherwise its a great place to stay!"

"Our son lives in battleground we come down. We often stay here with our two dogs. It’s great and they have a great pool. Very friendly staff nice bar."

"Overpriced…but wonderful! This is the sort of place where absolutely nothing is included…not parking, not the thermal pools, not breakfast, so expect to spend quite a bit on top of the room rate. However, the rooms are luxurious and relaxing and the thermal pools are wonderful. I slept VERY well here. Overnight guest have to pay an additional $75 to use the thermal pools."

"Property needs updating, and an exterminator likely. Huge spider in the room, asked for assistance and nobody bothered to come so had to kill the brown recluse myself. The lobby looks really nice. Should spend that money on room renovations and food upgrades. Had icecream that didn’t even melt. Beds are extremely uncomfortable and I would have had to change hotels if staying more than one night. Horrible mattress. Horrible.
