"The pool is so dirty, the staff is not enough, the showers look so old. A couple years ago was amazing hotel & now is juts ok, but the price increase almost 70% up. Pls don’t let it go down is a beautiful place."

The pool created a very nice atmosphere to relax in the infinity pool which had an amazing view of the nearby surfing pool and have a nice drink. The whole property had a sleek, modern feel which impressed me. The room was very clean and comfortable. "Overall excellent experience as usual! However, the only issue was the room next to mine was really loud and I had my kids with me so it made it challenging trying to get them to go to sleep at a decent time. I reserved a suite and did not expect to have that issue. Other than that the stay was great. I will be back, but I will ask to have a quieter person stay next to me."

"Overall I felt it was an incredibly overpriced room. Very bare bones. Yes nice to be right on the beach with balcony and view. Decent buffet breakfast and nice reception staff. However room held nothing special. Cleaners knocked on our door at 9 am. Gave us 3 new towels. Never came back to remove dirty towels, to clean tub or make beds. No wonder grout in tub/shower not well cleaned. Very underwhelming for $500 a night I have to say."

"When I got there they were giving my room away when I booked the hotel it was pay at property. I booked 3 nights and they told me they gave one night away. I had to go somewhere else for the third night. The place was dirty. The only good thing was the ocean view. Don’t waste your time."
