We arrived an hour earlier, we were charged $40 to check in, then we found dirty sheet, when asked to change them, the receptionist told us they will not be replaced until 7 pm, the staff after 7 pm was very nice and helpful, in general the stay was ok.

Nice hotel except the neighbors

The property was clean and updated. The room was small but very comfortable. It's close to the beach (within walking distance). The only problem was a couple next door to us was having some sort of domestic dispute. But the police were called promptly and they were asked to leave. So it was actually a very small blip in our weekend.

Close to road but also close to beach. Quiet if you ask for a room toward back. Had good plug-in portals. Reading light over beds. Coffee in room. Frig in room. Hair dryer. Base of toilet was not clean. Swiped my finger over the top of coffee machine - really dusty.

Comfy and clean

This was a solo stay for a week. This is a two star place. the bed was comfy and the place was clean. Some of the exterior needs repair but it didn't cause mw any alarm.

We were there for a wedding and they accommodated an early (2 hr) check-in. Great location especially considering the price of other hotels nearby. The shower could have been scrubbed cleaner. The coffee shop across the street, "Lynnhaven Coffee" , had wonderful coffees, teas and breakfast sandwiches.

Room was basic. However, the fridge and microwave were dirty. The bed had someone elses hair on it upon arrival. The front desk was nice. Parking was easy and accessible. Location around a lot of restaurants within walkable distance. Coffee shop across the street and Dunkin Donuts within a 3min walk.

Hotel was very clean as always, front desk representative was super sweet. They only thing we didn’t care to much for was the water pressure. Very very low water pressure.

The hotel is in a good location with easy access to the beach and a few eateries. The room smelt like someone had been smoking in it. When I called, I was informed that this is a no smoking hotel and that the room had been vacant for a while. However in the way to our room another guest was sitting outside their room smoking! I left the door open for a while and this helped. The room itself was a pretty decent size and has basic amenities. The bed was comfortable and all of the bedding was fresh and clean. I was disappointed with the shower water pressure- it was literally a dribble. Friends also experienced this.

It seemed like they didn't clean the shower there was old paper in there. There was debris in there also under the trash bag the can was disgusting. It doesn't take long to wipe out a plastic can. The floor had sticky stiff on it so obviously wasn't mopped. On a positive note. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean

Hotel had tons of trash in the parking lots. The room was "visibly" clean but the room was disgusting. There were a lot of random people hanging out in the parking lots. Overall the beach access was the nicest accommodation. The room felt dirty and there were stains on the sheets. Nothing appeared to be cleaned in the room. Located right next to a bar in which we saw people using the bathroom next to the building. Very loud and felt unsafe. Would not recommend this place.

I had to flush two cockroaches down the toilet during my 1 night stay. After making a room change modification due to two dead cockroaches in the first room. The rooms do have a very acritic lsmell like old smoke or mold, which highly irritated my throat. Air conditioner was so loud and struggling to maintain a cool temperature that every time it vacillated it made a banging sound which woke me up several times. Very poor night sleep. It didn’t appear to be exceptionally clean. The facility had Limited Amenities for food and beverage. I asked for a receipt. This is a job related stay and the woman at the front desk that morning. Stated oh you’ll just see that on your credit card. No receipt! I need receipts to get refunded. I do want to mention that the gentleman and lady that checked me in and we are very accommodating very professional and aimed to please me. That service I appreciate it kind regards Marie Eckstein.
