"Great location. Nice size room especially the bathroom which was great for my cousin and I to get ready at the same time. Room was clean although I think they could do a better job making the beds. One duvet was wrong side up and quite sloppily put together. The front desk clerks were nice and the staff checked in on day two via text message which is really helpful for any issues and continuity with any issues. "This was an interesting hotel and if you have any experience of the raffles brand elsewhere then I would recommend be prepared. The venue is central but overlooking an 8storey multi story car park and rather cramp rooms was not really value add. The suite on the other hand in higher floors were. A butler system which I must say working off some mediocre phone prompts just doesn’t cut it . "CitizenM is not a "traditional" hotel. The customer is generally supposed to fend for one's self, including, but not limited to check-in, check-out, finding cups for the room, locating an iron, scheduling maid service. The surface of the shower stall does not have a non slip surface and was quite dangerous once wet. The room is the width of a king size bed. The bed (mattress) is wedged up against the window, meaning it has walls on three sides. Curious arrangement for two to sleep. The shower...

"I was put in the wrong room initially but the front desk guy corrected it for me. The room was not the most comfortable the bed was kind of hard and the towels were stiff. I am not going to lie no I would not stay here again. Also they charged me $65 for one night of valet parking!"

"My family and I stayed for two nights and it was absolutely incredible. One of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in. Everything from the service to the food and the room of course were perfect! We had an incredible view of the city from our 18th floor room. That pool and hot tub especially were a big plus for the kids and us as well. My wife and I enjoyed a massage at the spa which we would highly recommend! Overall, one of the best stays we've ever had outside of our own home."
