"I stayed in the deluxe rooms, they are newly remodeled. We were pretty close to the pool and dining area. Food was delicious of course after staying 5 days it became repetitive. The entertainment isn’t that great usually just someone singing in a small area. They have different outlets for charging so bring an adapter, we found some at the local grocery store. The hotel provides some but they were all checked out, I wouldn’t depend on it. Also thought it was weird they give you a welcome wash cloth but don’t provide any in the deluxe room. Beautiful resort, went in September so it was overly packed. Would highly recommend."

"Fantastic central place to stay. Can walk everywhere in the city. Clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was everything you’d need and has the cutest coffee shop right next door. Cons were- no laundry facilities, pillows were lumpy and the shower towels were stinky/musty…nevertheless still loved my stay!"

"Thankfully, this location is convenient, considering that it is within walking distance of downtown. You'll need to bring toiletries because they only provide a 3-in-1 soap dispenser. This is a great option if you are traveling with people who want to use a kitchen or stay in a more budget-conscious space. As a solo traveler, it was important for me to feel well-adjusted, and compared to the other property I visited from the same brand, this one actually has working Wi-Fi. It also has extra charging ports I could use, though you will need to bring your own adapters to charge your devices because the walls have circular European outlets. When I first arrived, the on-site staff seemed hesitant to help, though I appreciated that the boutique online team helped manage my travel to the location and the airport. Communication is key, and with this specific residence, there is no early check-in. There also is not really an option to securely store your belongings if you arrive too early to check in. Additionally, it is important to know their cleaning policy: if you are not staying more than seven days, you'll typically only receive room cleaning upon arrival, as they service rooms twice a week. I stayed for four nights, so I should have had at least one day of housekeeping during my stay, but I did not receive any cleaning services throughout my entire four-night visit."
