Breakfast was great but not included with the room price The 29 drink credit we had to ask them about it as we didn’t receive it upon check in. But they gave us a rum barrell drink ticket snd domestic beer drink ticket and he tossed in a couple of xtras. We don’t care for the rum drinks. But overall ...

Sanibel Island Beach Resort
Everything was excellent. Location was close to restaurants and facilities and room were very nice.

Hyatt Vacation Club at Coconut Cove, Bonita Springs
Room was spacious and clean. Pool and lazy river were fantastic. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downsides were no restaurant/bar after 7pm and it was not easy to get back and forth to the other Hyatt to go to dinner.

Pink Shell Beach Resort and Marina
Chester was very personable and helpful. All the front desk people very knowledgeable and helpful. We arrived at 8 am and were upgraded to an available room after arriving from another hotel.
