"What serendipity! The 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment with full kitchen and large outdoor screened porch was just what we needed for our family getaway. The property is on the widest section of beach, we used the beach service and jetski rental, in a non-crowded section of Fort Myers Beach. Easy and friendly check in and great service. "Crowded surroundings because the building was right next to the public beach parking lot. The beach is not private but if you walk farther, you'll find beautiful quiet spots. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to Margaritaville. "

"Our first night sleep was interrupted by a broken fire protection pipe setting off the building alarm at 2AM. We stood outside for 1.5hrs. Luckily our room wasn’t one of the rooms that had water damage. We weren’t compensated for our inconvenience. The building is still under repair for some of the amenities.
