Clean and modern apartment and we stayed on first floor. Walking distance to beach with hot tub and pool. Not really walking distance to bars/restaurants so probably best to have a car. Worth the price.

This was a beautiful townhome with great access to Fort Meyers Beach. I have stayed in many homes in the Fl area and across the US, and for a home such as this, you would expect basic supplies at the home like shampoo, conditioner, soap, a couple coffees to get started…. As well as a booklet with information on how to operate the tv, great restaurants, and a little info about the area. We enjoyed the stay very much but think that would make it even better.

Island paradise

Nicely decorated and extremely comfortable on a quiet street. Your choice, stay in, sit on your screened porch, around the fire pit out front or the great pool in back. Three minute walk to the beach.

Clean and neat. Easy access to the beach. Not on the beach but a short walk. Just close enought to were most the action is. I suggest walking, traffic is a nightmare.

Amazing location with secret access to the beach⛱ Never dreamed that we could find such luxury for our stay a swimming pool for daytime use and hottub for night's pleasure. The management made the stay so much more by being there if needed for just about anything we needed. If there were 10 🌟 it would get it plus.

The hidden gem @ #1 Hideaway

The location is close to the beach and is an excellent hideaway from everything. It was very relaxing, Very clean, decor was modern and well themed according to the location near the beach. Lighting was impressive inside and surrounding area. We highly recommend this hidden gem and we will be back next time we plan to head out to FMB.

My fiancé and I came here for our anniversary and we had an amazing time! The place was absolutely perfect, from all the amenities available to how beautifully decorated and furnished the place was I didn’t want to leave! The owner greeted us during during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed, he was very kind and friendly!! Anytime we had a question, he was there right away to help. The beach was a short 2 minute walk and the pool and hotub on property we’re just what we needed to stay cool from the crazy heat. Overall, we had such an amazing experience and such a special time celebrating our anniversary here, we would definitely return!

Walls were paper thin and everything came through. Found Cockroaches in our room. House keeper walked in without warning. Maintenance worker also showed up to use power outlets for another room. Host was hesitant to supply more than one toilet paper roll even though contract said it would be provided. None property employees wore a mask at any point in close encounters. Bedsheets were not clean and had a large brown stain. Would not recommend to anyone.

We were returning guests and were not disappointed in anyway with the property again. Last time we stayed in the upper 2 bedroom unit , this time we took the ground floor lower 1 bedroom unit , it was excellent. Our slice of paradise for a long weekend break , wish we could have stayed longer , nothing was missed , clean, well equipped and nicely decorated , not cheap and tacky, done really classy , we will be back :-)

If you are looking for a safe place to get away, this is it! You can avoid the crowds and craziness, we felt absolutely safe in this apartment. You can prepare your own meals, get everything delivered, no need to go out, it depends on you. Just keep in mind this is not a hotel, so they don't provide toiletries or coffee. Only a few minutes to stunning beaches, also quiet, since it is a private access. The owners are very nice and accommodating. We will come back!

FABULOUS!

We spent a week at the Hideaway. We loved it! Owners live in the apartment complex and are always available for any issues (we had none). Very quiet setting, more than enough room, and a very comfortable bed. Pool and spa right out back door, beach a block away, and Publix within a mile. What more can you ask for! If we come this way again, we will definitely try to book here.

Hotel close to beach

I spoke to three different staff members and they were all rude to me. One of them told me to stop mumbling. The room we were originally assigned had a broken AC so they put us in a space that hadn't been used in a while. I say this, because although it was clean, there were spider webs everywhere and had to kill a spider in our room. The bathroom could be cleaned better, potential mold on the linings of the floor. Overall nice place though and convenient location, just needs some upkeep

Beach 4plex

When I pulled up to the property I realized that it is not the one shown in the photo as it's across the street. After opening the door I thought that this would be more of a place for a small family rather than a single person. It's located about a half a block from a nice white sand beach. The property just doesn't feel like it's been maintained properly. This brings up the subject of if you book make sure you acknowledge that they charge a cleaning fee of $125! One of the things that I didn't like was it had several throw rugs that seemed dirty. The furnishings are mixed media although it was comfortable. It has a full kitchen with nice appliances. The bathroom had a nice basket full of various demo packets of toiletries for your use. It was the Memorial Day weekend and I didn't have many options or I would have booked somewhere else...this place is overpriced.
