"There is no in person front desk staff, but there is someone virtually connected on a screen. So it’s a little awkward. The shower pressure is very low, so if you like high pressure showers, this is probably not your jam. We make fun of “California friendly” shower heads because the pressure is regulated where we live and the shower in our room had as much if not less pressure. There was also no hot water when we came in after a red-eye flight and a long conference day. Though there was hot water every night afterward, that was our first impression."

"This is a perfect location and a perfect hotel for a one night stay. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the beds have amazing sheets and pillows. Reflective of a more expensive property. Also, the shower is, again, amazing for the value. You feel like you are staying in luxury for a value price."
