"I am very happy that we found this property. We could not have asked for a better experience. The hotel is very clean and all of the staff was very friendly. "
"Probably won’t be staying here again. Place was too dirty for me. Doors held together by screws threw them. Front door poorly latched. Futon was falling apart. Fridge was disgusting: "
"Would not recommend. For the positive, we did have good customer service when I had to challenge the bill because the previous guest's bar bill was put on our room. Also, the view was nice, looking at the harbor. Noise from the bridge is loud when on the balcony but you cannot hear it when the door is closed. Several issues were noted with broken or poorly maintained areas in the room and elevators. Worst was the Tarpon House restaurant - we walked out after more than an hour with no service beyond drinks, and that was after hunting down a host who was MIA for more than 10 minutes. We watched it happen over and over as more people arrived and stood in the doorway with no assistance. "
"We were there for a week and all was great. Most days we ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant, sat out by the fire at night, did laundry in the clean laundry room and used the printer to print our boarding passes to fly home."
