"The picture at the time of reservation was deceiving, the property only shows rooms with ocean view; which was the reason for the reservation. Our view was to the parking lot. The keurig coffee maker was broken. The closest restaurant or bar is half a mile away, not bad, but other places have bars downstairs."

"The elevator is to slow and no air conditioner they don’t offer breakfast, difficult to connect to there WiFi. The staff was very friendly and great."

"The bathroom was poorly maintained, the sink was clogged, and the noise was very annoying. The terrace was right above the tiki bar, and the breakfast service included items different from what I ordered. They gave room keys to other people who entered while we were resting, which was a big mistake."

"We had plans to take the Key West ferry the next morning and wanted something close. The property is easy to get to, plenty of parking, and Check in is automated. Nice outdoor spaces. Room is a little dated, but clean, quiet and comfortable. Overall nice stay."

"Our stay at the hotel was excellent. Everything was very clean, tidy, and recently remodeled. Our room was very nice, clean, and had a full kitchen. All rooms have an ocean view. The pool was quite large and very clean. Breakfast and parking are complimentary. The staff are very nice and friendly. I rate this hotel a 100/10."

"Where we checked in at 8:00 at night. The temperature per the AC panel is 95° inside the unit. We turned it down to 60 left for an hour came back. It was still down to 90 unfortunately was not able to stay. Also, the photos that are on the website do not match the unit you get so it is very misleading"
