I wouldn’t recommend anyone too stay there. You pay damage deposit. He will try. Find anyway too keep it. Not the first time. He did that too others No security at night. Parties. All hours of the night

You did hair dyeing in motel we damage bathtub few pillow cover , floor stain also we have to extra clean
Staff was awesome environment was horrible. Noisy drug deals go on staff is scared to deal with them bed is old spring uncomfortable crap. But all night can hear people knocking on their doors loud music running in hallway. Do Not Stay here

I reserved it and when I arrived, the door was locked and no one answered the bell. I was out there for 15 mins and had to hail a cab to go to another hotel. I also tried calling them to ensure they seen my reservation and no one answered the phone either.
Room was ok. The hotel seems to have a list of surchages for everything. I got a small coffee stain on a sheet andbthe looked at there little surcharge list and decided to charge me an extra 20 dollars. Told the manager was not happy.
My third stay over the years, not going back.

Hello.
As you may know, the regional municipality of wood buffalo shut off the gas valve few days ago due to the flooding, which led the water heater to be malfunctioned for most of the downtown area, including ace inn hotel. They announced that it will be back by Wednesday but It still could possibly be delayed. Sorry for not inform these information you when you check in. Stay safe.

Damage deposit to high. 200.00 for 2 night stay. Actuslly did not stsy at room , someone smoked, so got evicted , but uet they took 2 nights damage deposit.
I didn’t get a room😡 and that is wrong with me I don’t like your service and this is wrong you should change your service into good service thanks hopefully you guys change

Excellent check in and front desk information. Rooms not fancy but well kept, comfortable and clean. Ideal location downtown for most of my business. Nice variety of food for complimentary breakfast.

Rooms smells like smoke carpet underneath is dirty towels are old and all the bedding are old, the front girl so arrogant will not recommend to anyone add another 20$ you will get a way better hotel and service.
