"The physical building is lovely, with a very nice lobby which encourages people to sit and enjoy the ambiance. Loved sitting by the fireplace. The front desk staff were friendly, polite and accommodating. The restaurant served a wonderful breakfast. The staff were so nice. They accommodated us even though we arrived right at closing . The rooms are also very nice. Very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. All the amenities you would want. Ability to easily and quickly adjust the room...

"I had booked at the other anniversary inhotel.com. Said it had availabilities. I booked it before midnight I went to the wrong hotel. The woman at the front desk told me that my room was in another hotel and that hotel didn’t have anyone at the front desk now it’s after midnight She went out of her way called the other hotel thinking the manager wouldn’t even be there, but got through and rebooked me in her hotel kudos to her whoever she is she was awesome"
