Separate toilet and shower room is +++ Location is a bit out of the way between Nice and Monaco but every road in the area is breathtaking and Beaulieu-sur-Mer is just a few minutes' drive, has multiple restaurants, and is very cute. " I was not sure when we booked, but what a surprise! AWESOME place, here is why: Quiet property located across the way from the Train Station, that many utilize. Buffet Breakfast is loaded with selections. We also want to commend Huda and Ibrahim. Huda was instrumental in explaining train routes to us and getting us tickets and very helpful behind the desk. "This is a little gem (family owned) with sweet guitar evening music and views of the mediterranean. It is up a hill a little but walkable. A park is just around the corner.
