"The room was very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Our only complaint was the sloooow Wi-Fi. We were unable to do any work at the hotel and had to go to a Starbucks for their Wi-Fi - which turned out to be terrible as well. The location of the hotel is convenient to the freeway."

"Parking was super easy. We had a very late check in and Zach at the front was so friendly and helpful! I really love the renovations and all the little touches. The hallways were eh (currently under construction) but the room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Love all the sustainable efforts, the earplugs, the while vibe. I would stay here in a heartbeat if I'm in Fort Collins again."

"I was looking forward to a restful night but the lobby is so loud that this wasn’t possible. Kids were screeching until close to midnight and there were adults talking loudly well into the night. The building echoes and carries sound everywhere. The doors have large gaps under the doors that carry both noise and sound. So disappointed to have chosen a nicer hotel only to be met with the noise level of a trashy one."

"The hotel appeared to be recently remodeled so everything was fresh and clean & very comfortable. The check-in lady was extremely helpful and nice. The breakfast wasn’t the best ever but better than some. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again."
