"I was not told of or see any spa. I paid for full english breakfast during my stay but only got it once when i complained. Bathroom door broken and after i complained was moved to an other room which have cold water and toilet not flushing well. It started with the fee to check in early $1500 dalasi (no one can control when their flights come in) you should be able to check in early if the hotel is not full and your guys were definitely not full the 3 weeks that I stayed.
