"El restaurante excelente, la comida la bebida, mucho personal atendiendo los huespedes. Bien desayuno buffet, por €12 creo que esta en buen precio. Lo único que pueden mejorar, el aire acondicionado, debe enfriar mas y no teniamos forma de manejarlo. Pero por lo demás muy bueno."

"Clean room, good aircon, good size and nice bathroom. Excellent communication from Anna pre stay and helpful in finding the property on arriving in Rome. Excellent location, 10 mins away from multiple major sites & great shops on the doorstep. stayed in ground floor room and the only downside was that the windows were frosted and therefore lack of natural light and no view but will definitely return to the property."

"This is a Bed and Breakfast place , close to every thing / metro , buses , eating places and Vatican City , our stay was great , and the management just need to update the door lock of the rooms with a modern keyless ( the key was annoying and it takes so many tries before you can unlock or lock the door ) other than that Mary was very helpful and accommodating Thank you so much"

"Great location in Prati, two blocks from Piazza Cavour, about 10 minute walk to The Vatican, lots of restaurants in the area. The unit was a good size, nice bathroom and very quite A/C. There is a small but functional elevator. Marco was very attentive, helpful and great personality. This is not a hotel, therefore there is no reception open 24 hrs, but Marco is available by phone in case of emergency when he is not there in the evenings. He arranged a ride to the airport for us, which was...

"Such a lovely experience here. We only stayed one night at the end of our trip, and we wished we would have been here the whole time. The check-in staff were so helpful and honest. They let us check in early, and it was pristinely clean. By far the most comfortable beds we slept on in Italy! The location was a bit far from a metro or bus stop, and the walk was hilly, but we felt safe, and the street noise was very minimal. We also loved having two bathrooms and a washing machine.
