"I made it to the hotel and the room I purchased the hotel told me the third party I went through only sent them information for a standard room I believe was a lie I believe they gave my room away! I was highly upset ! Then not to mention the pool area was filled with children no pool towels and the lady at the front did not want to give us towels kept saying they were washing them! I was in the room at 2am and was looking on the floor it was ants all in the carpet lady bugs and some other big bugs. The guy at the front desk told me he could give me some raid or switch me to another room if the guy coming wasn’t coming any more. The guy at the front counter said oh the guy that’s suppose to be coming not answering I would just switch the room for you and he had two rooms available. I thought you only had one room available but any way the next morning we had breakfast the biscuit were hard the muffins was stale looking we went back to the pool before check out and there still was no pool towels and the lady said they didn’t have any towels and they were getting washed but on the shelf behind the counter it was a shelf full of towels ! I would never go back"

"first they don't have TV cable Second the TV wasn't working properly we had a really hard time to make it work with the control 3-the AC unit and heated unit couldn't find out how to work... it is called weather and we need it here never work.."

"I would recommend this hotel except the pool and hot tub area smelt moldy. There was mold under the brick of hot tub, and jets do not work. There was also mold in floor drains that surround the pool. The rooms are nice and clean. They are remodeling so I understand some issue. The lobby and breakfast was great. The employees were very nice."

"Starting off the Staff was amazing. I came into town a bit earlier than expected and they were able to get me a room a little earlier than check in time. Room was clean nice area and great size room."

"Had a one night stay here for a conference. Chech-in and out was easy. Front desk staff were helpful and pleasant. My room was spacious and had everything needed to make my stay comfy. My only complaint was that there was no fresh coffee available in the lobby. Its minor but an amenity i appreciate. It was nice to have a restaurant in the hotel. Whie the area has much around it, sometimes you just want to be able to stay in for a meal. Id definitely recommend this hotel if you're visiting the area. "
