Clean. Not a lot of amenities for the price The place needs a redo. The staff is great and friendly Lots of construction which is long overdue . Tough place to find food options ( very limited )

This was my first day at the Harrah's Casino in Joliet. The room was spacious, well laid out, and very clean. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The casino floor staff was likewise very helpful and the overall experience was very pleasant.
