"Nice place parking kinda sucks feels like going to a packed shopping center. AC was kinda loud. Only had couple instances of loud people making noise but overall nice place."

"The air conditioning was not working in room 124, so after 2 nights we moved to 118. It did not work either; another hot night. The next morning we were offered a fan. No. So we moved to 116. By then the weather had cooled in any event. No compensation offered. At breakfast Sunday, the toaster was broken, on one side, so there was an line and the buffet had mostly low or empty hot food pans. I am a Bonvey member and was quite disappointed."

"It’s an older hotel but well maintained. The hot tub wasn’t working when we stayed and the gym was so small that it was uncomfortable with more than two people. Also, the restaurant menu left a lot to be desired but the staff were very friendly and helpful."

"I appreciated that our lovely room had an outdoor veranda style seating area directly on the parking lot (which was very quiet & remote across from a country field). This allowed me to drove within a foot of the room entrance which was perfect for my handicapped mother who joined me since she can barely walk. Nice, relaxing stay! "

"Staff was wonderful, especially the woman making breakfast for everyone, but the hotel needs some repairs and TLC (not staff's fault). There was no remote control in the room and no way to get one, the in-room coffee maker didn't work, and the sheets and pillows smelled bad like they weren't clean. The lobby restroom was also really dirty. The prepaid breakfast was $17, but when I saw the bill before mentioning I'd paid for breakfast in advance, it was $5-6 less, which didn't seem right. "The location of the hotel is centrally located to a variety of stores. It is quick access to highways. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were top notch. Pricing is comparable to the services. Self pay Laundry on site, continental breakfast serves hot and cold foods, and parking is free. Great stay!"

"I’m not sure a different need to be behind the gold door don’t do it. It was a raise up price so I did it. I only needed to be somewhere for five hours. I put in the room and turn around in my car in the parking lot!! They need to shut down and definitely needs to be labeled the motel !!"

"The staff was fine. The breakfast was fine. The shower leaked water on the floor. The carpets in the elevators were filthy and one elevator makes a loud rumbling and vibration when it comes to an upward stop. No 24 hour coffee bar. Hotel needs a renovation, everything seems to be old and overused. Parking is free and spacious. The hand sanitizer at the elevator on the fourth floor where we were was always empty.
