"Great location, I’ve stayed here many times over the past few years. Hotel offers free car parking. And great views of Jubilee Campus.
The Flexi card (to access the room using my phone) didn’t work. So I had to get a physical card. But other than that - a straightforward visit.
Sometimes noise from the atrium did echo around the building - but it wasn’t a huge problem"

"On arrival at the Holiday inn, we booked our car in straight away, which was only £5 for the night. We then checked in with the front desk who explained where our room was, we needed to pay a deposit which wasn’t mentioned on booking, but was ok.
We went to the room which was spotless & very well designed with the most amazing shower, it was huge…..
The bed was massive, made with a quilt and 2 pillows each. The curtains were sealed down the side so when closed there was no outside light coming...

"Great property in great location. 3rd time staying here. Only thing is this time we were on busy busy street so hardly got any sleep. Pelican crossing straight outside. Noisy people partying etc till all hours. Very very busy with traffic too. Excellent large room with sofa sitting area with tv. Spacious spotlessly clean bathroom. Room too. Very comfortable beds. Loved it all"

"Once I saw that the hotel was now run by OYO I nearly had a heart attack as the one in Cardiff is shocking! The only reason we were okay was because of the manager who is looking at leaving anyway. It is a terrible company.
You can see things are deteriorating already. The carpets are very dirty. We were in a room that had almost light coming in."
