"Beautiful beach. Nice to have the tiki bar resturant on site. Music was a lil loud the one night only as there was a wedding they had cocktail hour right under our room. There was also a tent set up so that took up chunk of property. Close to restaurants bars etc. A little deceiving about the chairs at the beach. The pictures showed them but you have to rent them "

"Well, there are pros and cons for this place. The big pro is it’s literally just right on the beach. Great outdoor chairs, hammocks, loungers and picnic tables. The size of our 2 bedroom rental was good for our family of 5. Good water pressure and lots of hot water. Cons: the unit was very shabby, large cracks in floorboards in main bedroom and in bathroom. Chair in second bedroom outer layer was worn through. Unit was only superficially clean, floors were still dirty, found lots of old hair and dust/lint on the floor. Blinds on windows in living and dining room were broken and couldn’t be closed making it bright both at night, due to the lighted outdoor areas, which stayed lit all night and during the day. Dining table was sticky. It was quite chilly weather during our stay and yet we couldn’t get the AC to cool the place down and we had to close the windows because the guests below us were extremely loud and smoking pot (obviously not the fault of the establishment, but frustrating nonetheless) these guests were loud and smoking well past 11 PM. The property had grills and a firepit, neither of which we used, but we did try to use the beach chairs, but only 2 worked because the rest were rusty and broken. Plenty of beach toys. There was a washer and dryer in the unit, but if there was detergent provided we did not find it. Overall, the location is good, but we probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again due to the shabby, run-down state and lack of cleanliness. "
