"No hot water - staff couldn't help except for saying run the tap for at least 15mins - did this still stone cold. Lift was so slow...also under repair so could only take two people. Noisy with trucks unloading at 6am On the plus side the room was clean and the bed comfy...didn't hang around for ..."
