This is real family hospitality - their whole family went out of their way to make my stay amazing and personal, offering a custom experience through transport (they took me to Herculaneum, Vesuvius and the airport themselves) and excellent food. "Hotel is located next to train station which is convenient if you are traveling by train, however it also makes it a very loud area with lots of cars & people. The room & hotel areas are clean, however the a/c could not be manually set in the room and is controlled by the hotel which cannot be adjusted. I prefer my rooms cooler and was told a fan could not be provided. I tried to keep the window open however the street noise was too loud to sleep through. The staff were a bit cold and indifferent. If not for my train schedule, I would stay closer to the historic center for a better Naples experience."
