"Location just off the beaten track, close enough to enjoy the new Forrest without long drives, far enough out to not have too many people around. Lodge is big, comfortable, spacious, really well furnished and clean. Hot tub was perfect. Highly recommend the arrival breakfast package, and the lovely touch of freshly cooked bread and cake was a great welcome gift! Highly recommend and will be going back to stay again. "

"A wonderful Manor House with views and trees, birds and big Wiltshire skies. Perfect room with an enormous comfortable sleigh bed, sofa and spotless bathroom. Wendy is a perfect host and was so caring of us. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully laid out on a large dining table. I so recomment this wonderful bed and breakfast and will definitely return some day."

"I warned that I might be late on arriving. I was very moved by the care of the owners who had closed the curtains and put a light on when I arrived. The instructions to ensure the hotel is kept safe and secure is great. Owners are helpful and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to come back again, and I recommend anyone who is considering coming."

"Two days before arrival we were emailed to say there would be a loud disco below our room until 11.45pm. They offered cancellation but it was far too late to change our visit and rearrange, so we put up with it. The room was ok but wasnt cleaned on the 2nd day. No Breakfast available both days. Pub was loud and noisy, would suit some but not us. Had Friday evening meal in restaurant 1st Friday of December - we were the only two people in the restaurant! Food and service fine, but room...
