"The stench of mold emanating from this property was grotesque. They had humidifiers in the hallways so it’s obviously a known issue. Either the local health department has toxic thresholds or I can’t see how this property can be compliant with health department code. The front desk was kind to put us in another room but the stench was pervasive throughout the whole property. Infuriating that I paid $242 a night for this danger to my health. Gives Expedia a bad name."

The location is perfect—tucked right by the Tanger Outlets for easy shopping and just a quick, straightforward 20-minute drive down to the Gulf Shores beaches. The only complaint we have is there was people that were also staying at the hotel seemed to have invited ALOT of people who were not hotel guests and basically overtook the outside patio with their visitors. They also brought a large speaker and played music really loud! "Room was a very nice size ,very clean"

"Everything was okay. The breakfast was nice but the didn’t have any kind of soap in the lobby bathroom nor did they have hand sanitizer. When asked they just said they were out and that was it. The room was okay"

"Room was just a basic room. Pool was very small but didn’t mind. Room never got cleaned or swept the six nights we were there. If clean towels were needed we had to take the old towels to the front desk to have them replaced. Parking was fine and was located next to a public so that was super convenient."
