"This is the 2nd year we have booked this hotel for the basketball provincials. It is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is enough parking and the area is quiet. It is close to many different food places and right off the highway. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. The breakfast/lounge area is very small but since the price was low, I could do without it."

However, the room had a noticeable dusty smell throughout the stay, which made it feel less fresh and comfortable than expected. Overall, service and parking were good, but the room condition could definitely be improved."
