"This property is immaculate! Bedrooms are HUGE and open space of kitchen and great room is an EXCELLENT gathering area...and at the back of the house - so no outside disturbances. Great location to navigate both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores along with inland communities. Although we had some challenges with the internet; service staff was extremely helpful (over a holiday) and rectified the situation in a timely manner. HIGHLY recommend this property. "

"Great stay on the beach! Room was clean and well equipped. Everything worked great! Loved the breakfast omelets! The hotel was fully booked with lots of people headed in and out to beach and pool! Very difficult to keep sand out of hallways and elevators. Otherwise, it was a solid 5 stay. Will be back in the fall!"

"Was good for our one night stay. We had to wait for the staff at front desk when arrived for about 10 minutes before checked us in, tried to make tea with the hot water in lobby and tea bags provided, but the water was not hot must have been sitting so long it was never checked on and was cold so threw that away. Only 1 of the 2 elevators worked and had backups waiting for it a few times and had to squeeze it full of people since it was constantly full from only have one working. Everything else was fine with our room"
