"Very disappointing experience. The hotel was extremely dark and uninviting. To make matters worse, they charged a daily parking fee that was never clearly disclosed during the booking process. The marina fees are outrageously expensive, and on top of that, they charge separately for trailer parking while the hotel charges again for vehicle parking. The extra fees never seem to end. The service was inconsistent as well. One day we were told that ice was complimentary, and the next day we were...

"The property was beautiful. 2 pools, great sand beach, ... but the hot tub wasn't working. The drinks were OK. The rooms were ok but our room door didn't latch very well. The wind blew the door wide open after the maid had been in.... nothing was taken but they moved us into a ocean view room which was very nice. Thank you! We would stay there again."
