"The room was very clean and well equipped. We loved the feel of the resort and the Disney vibe. The resort a many activities that were inviting and fun. The restaurant, bars and market were great."

"Location is nice; in a historic city an hour from Orlando, nice view of the Indian river right across the street. The front facade of the building looks beautiful and new, but the rest of the exterior of the hotel looks old and run down. The reception area also looks old and dingy, but luckily the inside of my room looked very fresh, new, and clean, although some areas of the floor did leave our feet dirty. The complementary shampoo and soap smelled wonderful, and all utilities/features worked...

"It was relaxing and fun! They had live bands for the weekend with restaurants and bar on property that were great! Option of biking, kayaking or paddle boarding for an hour was included with the resort fee along with parking. Not bad at all!"

"LOVED our stay! From the time we checked in staff were delightful and helpful. Right on the she of the beach, we could see the ocean from our beautifully decorated serene room. Delicious breakfast served in two courses. Yummy cookies available all day. Highly recommend this quaint B&B!"

"I did use the washer and dryer and they worked fine. The dryer does get really hot. Property was conveniently located near the freeway. It was quiet and clean. The staff I interacted with were very friendly."

"Very clean hotel & excellent location. The breakfast area/lobby is too small and can get cramped in a hurry but that is an overall design problem of this entire chain rather than an issue at this particular location. I can recommended it with no reservations."

"Staff was friendly & helpful. From front desk, waitresses at restaurant in hotel, to cleaning staff. The premises are beautiful. The room was clean throughout and bed very comfortable. Highly recommend"

"The room was excellent with a great view. Half the hotel was under renovation including dining areas. The pool and pool bar open but door Gerry-rigged with tape to get in and out. Pool open but area needed cleaning. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Hope once renovation is complete they are up and running with better in house facilities I would try again. "

"Beautiful beach. Nice to have the tiki bar resturant on site. Music was a lil loud the one night only as there was a wedding they had cocktail hour right under our room. There was also a tent set up so that took up chunk of property. Close to restaurants bars etc. A little deceiving about the chairs at the beach. The pictures showed them but you have to rent them "

"The room was very clean and nice. The bed very comfortable. Heating and cooling very good. Quiet room and location (Not near a busy road). There's a little grocery store a short walking distance from the hotel. I was able to get some healthy snacks. I thought that the breakfast was very good. I did rather miss complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby as some hotels have this. For some reason the shower leaked out the door, so we had to sop up water after showers. The room was in very good...

"If you’re only satisfied with everything being brand-new, probably pass on this one. However, if you are like me, and will compromise a little on older cabinets/doors & floors in exchange for a very good price and GREAT location, then book this right away !"
