"Clean room, average breakfast, friendly staff "

"When checked in room had a strong smell from the cleaning products, couldn’t breath, had to set AC high to air it. And shower cabin smelled very strong, had to shower with open door. Entrance door had a huge floor gap, during night had to put some towels to close it. Other than that it was a nice room in a great location. Check out frond desk was very friendly. We didn’t eat their breakfast, but they have it. Was close to all needed localities. "

"My only complaint would be that the bed was very uncomfortable. It was a king bed and the mattress was very old and I could feel the springs in it. The bed was too low and a newer, higher mattress would be a fix for that. The staff was very polite and accommodating and the morning breakfast was good. The location was right in the center of an area that provided shopping and dining options "

"I was genuinely disappointed with my experience at this “resort.” While it is listed as a 4-star property on Expedia, my experience, and even Google ratings, tell a very different story. Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the property does not match the images advertised. The location is misleading; it is situated at the far end of a golf course, which was not accurately represented in the listing. The overall presentation and atmosphere fell well below expectations for a resort of this supposed rating. Due to these concerns, I made the decision to leave shortly after arriving and booked accommodations at the Westin instead. I strongly encourage the property to be more transparent and accurate in how they present themselves online. Guests rely on those details when making travel decisions, and this experience did not reflect what was promised."

"The hosts were great !!! Helpful but not intrusive. Did not realize the bathroom was shared from the description. Did not realize the common room was actually the hosts main living space. Bathroom incredibly outdated and shower needs a complete reno. The fire alarm in Room 3 only had wires hanging from the ceiling, safe ???? The price was great, and the sleeping cool, quiet and comfortable. "
