"The hotel room smelled like smoke and was supposed to be smoke free, the sheets were dirty and had a hair in them, and the toilet was dirty. All around it was gross and won’t be going back."

"Everyone from the kitchen staff, reception and cleaning staff greeted you and asked if they can do anything for us. The breakfast was divided into “only continental” or continental and full buffet. Both were good and we like having the option. Everything was bright and inviting and there was a good size bar and lounge for cocktails. The prices for everything including the room were reasonable. They replaced the towels and cleaned the room everyday without making a request to do so."

"Very nice hotel! Very close to shopping. The free breakfast was top notch as was dinner with room service. Manager was very helpful. Housekeeping always checked to see if I needed anything and did a great job! All staff seemed to really like working there."

"staff was friendly but when we got our room key and went to our room someone was already in it. when i told her she acted surprised. how do you not know when everything is on a computer. i can see if there were mix ups with paper registering. the one lady went upstairs to look at a room. she came back down to the front desk. the room was empty she said so that was our room. only 1 bar of soap and 1 tiny tube of shampoo. no iron and no ironing board. this same thing happened to the guy...

"Staff was very friendly and courteous. Should do something to keep the condensate from air conditioning initsvfrom puddling in the walkways outside the rooms. The solution is simple and would make a huge difference in the appearance and provide a greater comfort for the guests. Call me for the simple solution."

"I spent 3 nights at this hotel with my family but didn’t get much sleep because of very unruly guests shouting, slamming doors and running in the hallways at ridiculous hours. I complained to front desk but nothing was done and it continued every night. I could also smell the strong scent of marijuana on the premises. I was very disappointed in my stay here."

"Every time I went to the desk, the girl was sitting in one of the massage chairs…she had an excuse for everything…the absolute worst part of the stay was NO ELEVATOR which the girl also had an excuse for…the hurricane and not being able to get parts…how long ago was the hurricane????… also, I asked for a room on the bottom floor and once again the excuse was “there were no bottom floor housekeepers for the day so no rooms were being cleaned”…"
