Café da manhã espetacular. O quarto muito bom. Porém, um dos ares-condicionados sem funcionar. E a tv uma programação ruim. Poderia ter uma imagem melhor ou tv a cabo.

Pontos positivos: O café da manhã era bom, com variedade e itens frescos. Apenas o suco de abacaxi poderia ter menos açúcar A sala de jogos é bem equipada, com boas opções de entretenimento O hotel oferece hidro e duas saunas, o que é um diferencial interessante Após o checkout, nos permitiram deixar as malas no local e ainda ofereceram o uso das dependências para aproveitarmos mais um tempo na praia — atitude muito gentil e acolhedora da equipe Pontos a melhorar: A hidro estava disponível, mas o motor não estava funcionando, o que comprometeu a experiência Das duas saunas, uma estava em manutenção e a outra era bastante simples Seria interessante investir em bolinhas e raquetes de melhor qualidade para o tênis de mesa Em um dia de chuva intensa, o elevador precisou ser desligado por segurança, e os hóspedes tiveram que utilizar apenas as escadas — o que pode ser um inconveniente, especialmente para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida O estacionamento é cobrado à parte — poderia ser incluído na diária, considerando o padrão do hotel

Bom custo x benefício.

A estadia foi boa. Café da manhã bom, funcionários simpáticos. Bom chuveiro e boa cama, o necessário para uma boa hospedagem. Só a Internet wifi que é muito ruim, caía o tempo inteiro (reportei aos funcionários, mas mesmo assim não teve solução durante a hospedagem). No mais, valeu a pena o custo x benefício.

Ótima localização, bairro tranquilo de andar, mesmo tarde da noite. O hotel tem boas instalações, mas tem regras rígidas sobre trazer pessoas de fora para ter acesso as dependencias do hotel.

Pontos negativos: Hotel com estrutura antiga e mal cuidado, quarto com mofo e cheio de bolha nas paredes, talheres sujos nas gavetas, utensílios de cozinha velhos, tv com imagem péssima, sinal do wi-fi ruim, cai toda hora, assento vaso velho e feio, sala de jogos com mesa de sinuca bem velha, toda comida de cupim, mesa de ping pong toda torta, pontos positivos: chuveiro forte e bom, cama confortável, toalhas e lençóis bem branquinhos e cheirosos, camareira sempre deixava um bilhete carinhoso!

No geral a estadia foi boa. Tivemos problemas com a internet do hotel q é muito ruim, e tbém com alguns utensílios de cozinha que estavam muito sujos!!! O atendimento porém foi muito bom, tanto do pessoal da recepção, quanto do pessoal da limpeza do quarto! Foram muito solícitos e nos auxiliaram sempre que necessário!

Tivemos uma boa estadia no hotel. É bem localizado, pertinho do centro, de supermercados, farmácia e comércio em geral. O café da manhã tem poucas opções mas é bom levando em conta o custo benefício.Tivemos alguns problemas com a televisão, mas foi prontamente resolvido mesmo sendo um domingo à noite. O hotel não tem estacionamento próprio, deixamos o carro na rua porque havia espaço.

Estadia maravilhosa

Fiquei com minha mãe apenas uma noite, mas super recomendo o hotel, café da manhã maravilhoso com várias opções, próximo à praia e ao centro de Canasvieiras. Não vou me recordar o nome da recepcionista, mas muito simpática ela e nos atendeu muito bem. Super recomendo. Com certeza quando voltar a Florianópolis, irei me hospedar..

O atendimento do recepcionista era excelente. Educado, prestativo, sempre solicito. O apartamento tem estrutura antiga, mas nada que atrapalhasse, pois tudo era muito limpo e organizado. Um bom café da manha e ao lado da avinida das nações, e a duas ruas da maria vilac.

Excelente, quarto perfeito, bem limpo, café da manhã fantástico, a Aline que nos recebeu de uma forma a nos sentir em casa, atenciosa, educadíssima e prestativa, excelente pessoa. Só senti falta de um microondas no quarto em que estávamos que tinha um fogão, no nosso caso pouco utilizado. Mas o restante tudo perfeito.
