"it is lovely hotel, friendly staffs, convenient to go to New York central station just 20 mins ride will be in Manhattan. Breakfast is ok, could do better though. Omelet and fruit were what I like there only. If improve the breakfast quality it is perfect hotel."

"For a hotel this close to the airport and so highly utilized by us travelers, this hotel was wonderfully clean and the staff were terrific. One nice story: we had to catch a flight at 6am and our shuttle driver was on time and also took us directly to our terminal vs dropping us at the Air Tran location. We were so grateful for his service. It made our early morning less rushed."

"The only thing good about this hotel is the bus stop accross the street makes travel to Manhattan very easy. Otherwise, the hotel is in terrible shape and service is non-existent. When I checked in, I was given two keys. I went to the room door and both keys did not work. I returned back to the desk and was given two replacement keys. Again, I went to the door and they did not work. Returned back to the desk. The person there told me to go back to the door and that he will send a person to open the door. I asked, if every time I return to my room this will happen. He said 'yes'. I asked him if he just give me another room. He said yes he could but the same thing will happen there too because all the locks in the hotel are in terrible shape. I asked him if the maintenance person will come soon. He said he couldn't say. Then I asked if I could wait for the person in the lobby sitting in the chairs instead of standing at the door. He said the guy won't leave the door open when I'm not there. I asked him if maybe the meet me in lobby and we go together to the door. No, they couldn't do that. I went back to the door to wait and tried again and again while waiting and finally it worked. The hotel is definitely not maintained in a long time. All furniture is old. The walls haven't been painted in a long time. The bed looked clean though. I definitely won't go back to this property ever again. Probably, to no other La Quinta suites either."

"The gym door stopped working one morning and the staff failed to help me get in. They couldn’t even get into gym so I ended up being late for work and did not get to go to gym. The staff also told me that I could not transfer my IHG points to my membership because this specific hotel does not allow me to because I booked with a 3rd party. The hotel condition is great, but the staff is some of the worst and laziest I have seen at a hotel. No sense of urgency and do not really care about guests. "

"Booked a 2 queen room and had 2 full beds. A/C didnt get very cold. Cheaper hotels like best western are we more comfortable"

"Lack of proper entrance and reception lobby. Lack of security presence. Exterior design and functionality and comfortable of seating. Brass Monkeys bar made sleeping through incredibly loud and BAD music. Elevators with 0 lighting. You need your phone lighting to see the buttons. Shower design terrible. Property and room doors were warped. Hallways painting and carpet need redo. Bed too low to the floor. Not a 4 star hotel and certainly not a five star hotel. No car valet or pull up area"
