"A brand new IHG hotel here in Labuan Bajo. I've never stayed at any hotel in the IHG group where the service has been this good. The standard of service here by all members of staff from all departments has been only 5 stars. I'm embarrassed to single out any staff member"

"had a wonderful stay at puri sari. the villa was beautiful and clean, the grounds were lovely, and the staff was friendly. amenities basic but perfectly adequate. breakfast was included, the nasi goreng was delicious. it's a little bit tucked away but perfect for a retreat, there's a little private stretch of beachfront to relax in too. would recommend! "The room, staff and food was lovely. But, the Safety, risk and emergency procedures make this a dangerous place to stay. I fell off the jetty due to poor lighting, breaking a number of bones. My husband jumped in and saved me, other guests helped us, while staff were lovely they had no idea, could not swim and no first aid box or stretcher/board. "Our best stay in Flores. From the tranquility of the resort to the very tastefully decorated bungalows and the large open air bathroom with plants and other shell and wood work. A wonderful open air restaurant serving up fresh, organic fare and the excellent service by staff. An excellent wellness area, kayaka and paddle boards on offer. The resort is absolutely clean though the grey sand beach might not be the best. However, to just chill in the balcony on bean bags facing the ocean is bliss....

"We've been very impressed with this place so far. The main downside is that it's a good ways outside of downtown Labuan Bajo, but honestly, that's not necessarily a bad thing. It's still a short drive or Grab ride into town and they offered pick up and drop off to the property included. The villa itself is beautiful. "View is incredible rooftop dining. Infinity pool the same. Best hotel we stayed in and cheap,cheap, cheap. Fabulous breakfast buffet but truly appreciate reception staff who made multiple calls, texts and follow ups for a trip screw up. Truly caring and went above and beyond a boat tour that was mishandled by tour agency. It had nothing to do with them but we asked their help and they fixed it. Eternally grateful "
