"The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. They helped us arrange all our trips around the island. The restaurant is also amazing, with great food and atmosphere. The only downside is the lots of stairs, and carrying bags up and down was a little hard, but the staff is pleased to help. Overall, it was a great stay and I would 100% recommend it!"

"A brand new IHG hotel here in Labuan Bajo. I've never stayed at any hotel in the IHG group where the service has been this good. The standard of service here by all members of staff from all departments has been only 5 stars. I'm embarrassed to single out any staff member"

"Plus que cinq étoiles pour cet hôtel, à vrai, palace, très agréablement, surprise, trois piscines, tout avec des vues sur la mer et à débordement, chambre, magnifique immense et très propre, je ne peux que recommander"

"Me and my family had a pleasant time at the Puri Sari beach Hotel. Rooms are clean and very spacious. The food was delicious and staff were very friendly.
Unfortunately the beach in front is not very nice to swim. "
